OUR FOOTPRINT
Our growing footprint spans across Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Gauteng, Kwa-Zulu Natal and the Eastern Cape. Our pioneering, black-owned company was started in Limpopo by Freddy Masekwameng, under the shadow of two mountains standing guard over the city of Phalaborwa. Their steadfast stature informed the culture of Two Mountains from its inception.

The recent acquisition of a micro insurance license has enabled various opportunities and sustainable growth for the the Two Mountains Group for greater customer acquisition through value driven products and services, for consistent revenue.

Our Strong Heritage
Founded in 1999, Two Mountains started as a unique entrepreneurial company that manufactured coffins. The company did not exist only to make a profit but was driven by a commitment to serve the broader interests of communities at large through value and job creation.
Two Mountains had one important objective and it was a heartfelt desire to help communities with convenient funeral products and burial services. Two Mountains humble beginnings were at a time when the positioning of any business was serene in Phalaborwa’s market environment, but the company proved a success in identifying new markets and strategically positioning Two Mountains within South Africa and the greater SADC region.
