The Sales Agent is responsible for selling Two Mountains funeral products in the field, driving growth through client engagement and excellent service. This is a commission-based role focused on achieving sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.
Purely Commission based – No Basic Salary
Achieve individual sales targets by actively selling all Two Mountains funeral products to new and existing clients in the Field accordance with company guidelines and approved sales practices.
Conduct daily sales activities and provide accurate sales and performance updates to the sales Coordinator (SC).
Comply with Two Mountains’ sales processes, standards, policies, procedures, and operational protocols always.
Ensure that customers receive clear and accurate information and fully understand the premium collection process, payment obligations, and relevant product terms.
Maintain strict confidentiality and safeguard all customer information in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and external stakeholders to support customer retention and business growth.
Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities by networking with existing and potential clients and building long-term, trusted customer relationships.
Contribute to the achievement of team and organisational sales objectives through consistent sales activity, customer engagement, and quality service delivery.
Qualifications and experience
Knowledge of Two Mountains products and services is an added advantage.
Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups, with specific consideration for People with
