Purpose of the job
This role is responsible for focusing on the people aspects of change management and leading change related projects. The role develops an integrated change plan and is individually accountable for the execution of the plan. Responsible for the effective delivery of business change management activities across projects and initiatives. Ensure that the desired business outcomes are achieved and that the relevant stakeholders are ready and prepared for the change. You’ll also be tasked with providing business-centric solutions, including organization assessment and required design solutions, stakeholder analysis and engagement, change impact assessment, change communications, the coordination of change interventions, and all other change management-related activities, including tracking and reporting of, to enhance business outcomes and accelerate the adoption of strategic business initiatives in an integrated coherent manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and implements best practices for change management on the change project.
- Identifies and analyses the change impact for the overall project.
- Develops the integrated change strategy and plan.
- Establish a sponsorship plan and on-board sponsors.
- Develops the change of brand.
- Develop communications or ensure that the Segment communications team develops the communications plan.
- Develops the stakeholder engagement plan.
- Develop the training plan based on detailed needs assessment.
- Develop the team development plan.
- Establishes the appropriate change methodology, practices and templates.
- Identifies the change agent network, on-boards change agents, and continuously maintains the change agent network.
- Executes on the change strategy and plans.
- Measures the effectiveness of change interventions on a continuous basis and through the change agent network take corrective actions.
- Ensures that stakeholders execute their roles in the change plan.
- Ensures that post-go live support is available.
- Identifies, manages, and mitigates change management risks and issues.
- Manages change budget.
- Design change capability learning content and upskill Line Managers and HC to build their change management knowledge and practical skills
Change Management
- Manage the development and/or delivery of a significant element of an organizational change management initiative for a substantial department/area.
Internal Communications
- Develop and/or deliver a plan for significant aspects of internal communications with guidance from senior colleagues.
Stake Holder Management
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for projects to identify relevant stakeholders, to develop positive stakeholder relationships, and to ensure that each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice.
Project Risk & Issue Management
- Manage identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating these matters where appropriate. Where necessary, develop, agree on, and implement solutions to overcome these concerns.
Feasibility Studies
- Conduct complex feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective and document findings to complete cost-benefit analysis on implementing changes to business processes, products, or business unit structure.
- Project Framework Design Draft project- and program-management frameworks and tools, ensuring compliance with specified design principles.
Project Scope Definition
- Plan and lead the delivery of a range of information gathering, analysis, and stakeholder consultation activities and specify, negotiate, and agree on project deliverables.
Continuous Improvement
- Review existing operations in a major area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure the required continuous improvement outcomes are delivered.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Commerce or Hons in Organizational Development/Industrial Psychology or in any Change Management or Human Resources related qualification.
- Business knowledge/understanding.
- 5 – 10 years of experience applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools for implementing business change
- Experience in large-scale implementation of transformation and technical programmes in the financial services industry.
- Demonstrate extensive experience in organizational development, including designing and implementing strategies to enhance workforce capability, improve organizational structures and foster a culture of continuous growth and development.
